5.1. Mobile Phone Number Usage and Sharing

When you provide your mobile phone number to schedule an appointment, we share your mobile phone number with the service provider who will fulfill your appointment request. Your mobile phone number will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to your appointment.

6. How We Share Your Information

In certain circumstances, and in order to perform the MyK12PensionEdu Services, we may share certain information that we collect from you:

  • We sell your personal information to third parties that have an agreement in place with MyK12PensionEdu to enable such third parties to schedule appointments with you for the services you request.
  • We may share your personal information with our partners to customize or display our advertising.
  • We may share your personal information and/or Traffic Data with our partners who perform operational services and/or who make certain services, features or functionality available to our users.
  • We may transfer your personal information to another company in connection with a proposed merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of MyK12PensionEdu.

If our processing of your personal information is subject to the GDPR, UK GDPR, and/or PIPEDA, you may have the following rights: the right to request a copy of your personal data; the right to request correction; the right to request erasure; the right to withdraw consent; the right to request restriction on further processing; the right to object to processing; and the right to lodge a complaint with a data supervisory authority.

9. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain personal information about you for as long as necessary to provide you the MyK12PensionEdu Services.
